On the 8/12/2011, TWDT have launched their customer support area.  The primary objective of this service is to allow clients to report issues  outside of normal business hours, ensuring a rapid response the following working day.


We will be expanding the customer support area over time, adding to new services to help our clients.

From 03/11/2011, you will be able contract  Virtual Assistant Services from Total Website Design.  So what are Virtual Assistant Services?  Well, it's just like having a conventional PA without the overheads of office space and furniture, computer, fixtures and fittings and Social Security head aches.


Our Virtual Assistant works from her own office and can keep in touch with you via Skype or telephone.  She can organise your daily routine, manage your diary, arrange events to name but a few.


We just wanted to let you know that we have re-launched our website with a new,  fresh and exciting design.  We have also taken this opportunity to change our name slightly to Total Website Design Tenerife.

Our core services remain unchanged but we have now added more products and services to our core business and you will see the results in the coming days, weeks and months.
